Fair Weather

Decades of evolving US policy have led to three sectors providing weather services - NOAA, academic institutions, and private companies. This book examines their roles in providing weather and climate services, the barriers to interaction among the sectors, and the impact of scientific and technological advances on the weather enterprise.
