Historical Works of Gervase of Canterbury

Published for the Rolls Series in 1879-80, this two-volume collection comprises the entire corpus of Gervase of Canterbury's works. Volume 2 contains his Gesta regum, drawn from authorities such as Geoffrey of Monmouth, a series of lives of archbishops, and the Mappa mundi.
